1. Greeting, introduction and first bullet point - “State the name and location of the restaurant you want to recommend”.
2. Answer the second bullet point – “Give details of why you think it will be a good place to hold the annual dinner”.
3. Answer the third bullet point – “ Offer to arrange the booking for the company”. Finish off the letter with a summary and the correct salutation (goodbye phrase).
