1. Greeting, introduction and first bullet point - “Explain when you intend to finish working for the company and why you are leaving”
2. Answer the second bullet point – “Thank the employer and explain what you have learned from working there”
3. Answer the third bullet point – “Ask for a letter of recommendation to give to your new employers”. Finish off the letter with a summary and the correct salutation (goodbye phrase)
